Chris had a car accident in January which caused him to burst blood vessels on his left lung and therefore could not produce sufficient breath to satisfy the courts required sample. 9 months later and Chris now had a blood clot on his lung and is currently going through extensive medical treatment. Chris went to court and did not receive a fair trial, all medical evidence was in Chris' favour, this was all dismissed by the defence, causing Chris a huge amount of stress . On process of appeal he was not granted legal representation therefore could not continue with legal proceedings. This has caused a great deal of stress to Chris and his family, who are now in great financial difficulty any donations would be greatly appreciated to help stop this young man going bankrupt.
