In my role as a trustee to CG5 - A Charitable Organisation helping young people reach their full sporting potential http://www.cg5.org.uk I have decided to lead the way with fundraising this year, with a walk across the Sahara . It will be a 6 day trek in the African Desert Heat for 6-8 hours a day. My biggest fear is not the scorpions , Vipers and deadly creatures or the blistering heat, but the blisters I will probably get on my feet! I may not be able to play anymore but i can play my part in helping and supporting our talented youngsters.
