Weʼve raised £1,605 to help send aid to Poland to help refugees fleeing Ukraine. All money raised will cover aid and transport costs.

Story
Its horrific what is happening in Ukraine.
Whilst the country stands firm in the face of evil many people are losing their homes, country and their lives. Millions are fleeing the war and simply have nothing left as they make the long way to safety.
David and myself want to help.
We have our own families and simply cannot begin to imagine the horrors that some people are continuing to face. So we are hoping to raise funds to help cover transport costs to get donations to one of the aid centres in Poland where they can then distribute the items to those that are desperate for provisions. Any spare funds left over will either go to fund more trips or directly donated to a charity that is helping to deliver aid to the refugees.
Any donation is welcome and the sooner we get the funds together then the sooner we can get help to those who desperately need it.

2 years agoHi everyone, we have now completed the 1900 mile trip! We have delivered as many of the donations that we could fit into the van and all dropped off in Szczecin, Poland. The location of the drop off deals directly with the Ukrainian refugees and by the time we turned up on Friday there had already been 300 families that day receiving aid. A huge thank you to everyone who has donated items and money to this cause, every single one of you has made this trip possible and made a positive and direct impact. Slava Ukraini! Chris / Dave

2 years agoMorning! A few updates for you all! The generosity of everyone that has donated has been truly astounding! Thanks to everyone that has put their hands in their pockets and donated much needed aid. We smashed the original target of £1000 and are continuing to raise more money to help those in real need. The van is nearly full so we are aiming to get the trip done in the first 10 days of May and are now in the latter stages of planning the trip. Without you good folk this would not be happening so a massive on the back to you all! Chris.🇺🇦
