I am trying to raise funds for an excellent Mental Health project which Steve has been attending. The project is CEEP (Community Education & Enterprise project), a horticultural project for people with mental health problems. Steve has flourished since he started in the summer, mainly because the people who run it are very caring and good people. It is a not for profit organisations and functions through a combination of volunteers and small one off grants.

Terry has talked about doing one of his made cap fund raising events to raise money for the organisations, so I thought it might be great idea if we could raise money for his birthday and surprise him. The money raised will specifically go towards two new charcoal burners for CEEP. They cost over £600 each. CEEP makes charcoal and sells it to the public to raise funds. Steve, has been put in charge of making the charcoal which he enjoys.They only have an old donated Charcoal burner which they struggle to keep alight.
So, rather then spend any money at all on birthday presents I know Terry would be really pleased if it went to CEEP, it might also stop him from roller blading down Everest or what ever crazy ideas he comes up with.
