Last time I did this run, I did it for my very close friend who was fighting it, but unfortunately lost her fight last year and my mother in law who lost her fight a few years back. This time I'm doing it for my mum, and those who are still fighting. Never in my wildest dreams did I think the last time I did this, my mum would find out she had this horrible decease shortly after, and while I felt my family and life was in bits, our mum R Babs, stayed positive threw out it all. And reasured us all she was going to be fine. And so far so good. on bonfire night 2016, 1 year after being diagnosed she got 1yr clear, and hopefully this yr 2 yrs clear and so on hopefully, as as much as my mum sometimes gets on my nerves when she pretends she hears what I've said, even thou I know she hasn't, she's still my mum who I absolutely adore even if I don't say it that often, and I'd be lost without her. So this year I'm doing it for her, as well as those who have unfortunately lost there fight ❤️
