Story
I work at Brian Jackson House in Huddersfield and one of our services is a support group for working age people (under 65) that are living with early onset dementia. This group is currently unfunded and every penny raised will go to make sure the group can continue and to hopefully pay for a few outings. Every penny will be gratefully received, many thanks xxx
