    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

I am looking at taking out a Regimental snowboarding team to Rauris, Austria next year for our Corps snowboard championships. With the current climate in funding and having exhausted all options, we have a shortfall by £800. So I am looking at trying to raise this by means of sponsorship of small business etc. In return we could promote your business by way of photo ops with a flag or by tshirt/hoodies etc. If we are to reach our target. The rest of the money will get donated to a mental health charity, to help those with the daily battles and struggles and to help those with these debilitating, invisible wounds. This is not just open to business’ you can be anyone to donate a few quid, so dig deep every little helps.

So having been one of those people whom have suffered with anxiety and depression, I understand how people think when it comes to these invisible, debilitating wounds. So this plan is to help us get funds but more importantly to help those who have a daily battle inside.
