On the 12th of March our beautiful daughter lost her courageous fight to Cystic Fibrosis. She was beautiful inside and out and deserves a wonderful send off. Jess has so many people in her life that cherish and love her it would be amazing if we all came together and gave her the best send off that we can achieve together. We brought Jess home the end of August to pass away overnight, but she was determined not to let this stop her carrying out her bucket list, and she rode a horse the very next day. We have had many extra special days creating beautiful memories which we can all treasure forever. Please help us to raise money for a funeral a true inspiration deserves. Jess believed in kindness and always thought of others before herself. Lets give a little bit back. We love you Jess and are so proud of all you have achived. Now sleep tight, until we meet again.
