Emilia had her last squad training session on Sunday and has a few competitions to do throughout Sept and October to get her ready for the WKKC! Today Emilia had her first training session with WKKC Team England and what an experience it was, 4 hours of solid fitness & sparring!! She’s motivated and looking forward to the next session.

So we did the Revolution English Championship today in Worksop along with other members of team XMA. Emilia came 2nd in continuous and didn’t place in points, only loosing by 1 point after having to fight extra time after drawing in her fight. She did really well and it’s another experience and competion under her belt in her training for the worlds in October. Thank you for your ongoing support 🥋🙈
