It is with great sadness and a very heavy heart that I can confirm that Lucy passed peacefully over to the rainbow bridge at midnight last night . Thank you for your support and enormous generosity over the last 9 days . It isn’t the outcome we longed for however we can be safe in the knowledge that we saved her from starving to death at home without any care at all I will keep you informed from here but Carole intends to have Lucy cremated and kept in a little box . It is with great sadness that my next update is not great . The vet has called and Lucy is in s coma . He feels they should let her go . Carole will visit in the morning . We are all praying for a miracle xxxxc

Lucy had s good night and is beingbtube fed today . Fingers crossed for her ongoing recovery . I will let you know any further news that I get from Carole xxxxc
