The Cause:

I have signed up for the World Challenge to Swaziland in July 2019. It is an expedition ran in the ethos of challenge, participation and environment, to help open the minds and broaden the experience of young people. Part of the expedition is a project phase where, as part of a group, I will help carry out practical work that will help a local community.

I will be participating in a 9-18 month team building and skills development programme prior to the expedition and need to raise funds for the expedition itself, to attend a training expedition weekend and to help plan the itinery.

The Plan:

I would like to raise a large portion of the funds independantly and I will use my part time job and some organised group events to help. I have also entered some challenges, the first one being the Houghton Trail Run on 29th April 2018, which is a 4km off road run over rough terrain and I wonder if you would consider this challenge as an opportunity to sponsor me?
