My name is Claire and im currently fighting through the courts to have access to my son, myself and my ex wife split in difficult circumstances and since I have been fighting to see him as a reault of this battle the solisitor fees are mounting and im in a situation now if i cant raise the funds to pay i will have to stop my fight and face the possability of not seeing my son again.

In short I need your help, I miss my son every second of the day and I cant see a world with out me being with him and him with me, he is my world my life I need help to fight for my right to see my son again.

People struggle to understand as Teddy is not Biologically mine as my ex wife gave birth to him they dont understand my fight and why im working and struggling so hard to see him just because I didnt give birth to him does not lession the bond we have and the love I have for him, im his parent and as a result of that he needs me and I need him, this battle has been going on for 7 months now and as I had to save money to get my fight started currently I have not seen my son for 7 months and I can not express how hard it is to get through each day with out him or knowing how he is.

I need help as these cost are mounting and Im scared my fight will have to come to an end becaue of money and I will loose my son and my heart.

Your own opinions may be devided as this is a unique situation as we were in a same sex marrige and you may or may not have an opinion on that but if we put all that aside we are left with a child who misses his mama and a mother who is lost with out her son.

UPDATE:

So the first hearing over with, the court has granted me 2 visits to Teddy before our next hearing, my ex wife has cancelled the visits twice now.

please help me fight to see my son as its now been 8 months since i saw my little boy, please pleaae keep sharing as i cant stop this fight to see my son,
