Hi there it's been a hard 5+yrs for my and my family whilst pregnant 28wks I got knocked over hit by a transit van causing my left leg & arm being shattered & my daughter now 5 yrs I had to have emergency c-section as her nose got broken nose on impact causing bleed in sack so had to be delivered early was very scary time hd c-section, left arm n plaster cast , prolapscs in my bk & shattered leg was left in a wheel chair for 2-3yrs rehabilitation & recovering, physio , corrective surgery 6 ops in all due to complications in knee /shin & left arm , nerve damage, brokenscrews, metal work replaced & some removed due to complications ,after very hard 2+ yrs new born & a 18mth old, partner who has spine disease & sever sciatica had to look after us all in poor health himself & in pain daily bless them all just started to get bk on my feet then2 yrs ago June 2015 I had chest infection that turned into numoania put in a inducted coma as couldn't breath for myself they didn't think I'd live, they found a amyloid then after 3wks in coma woke up to find I had kidney failure and due to amyloid had to learn walk & talk again no transplant & would need dialysis 3 times a wk for 4hrs a time which is physically and mentally & emotionally draining on us all in last two yrs had another 7ops 3chest lines for dialysis access & 3 failed fistula & 1 neckline , we have a nice size garden but can not manage it at all , so my wishes are for a nice garden so one we have a nice safe place for lil ones & us on bad days when can't get out n about & a holiday to Disney Land Paris for family of 7 all inclusive with spending money would be a dream come true , unable to both work we can not afford these things , it would be a dr eam come true for us all and much deserved , I don't know how long I have left I'm 42 yrs old a amazing partner, Jaz 22, Lewis 7 & Mia 5 yrs& Jaz partner & grandson 6mth love to get this wish :) .to have 1 session of dialysis aboard is at least £15,000 + I'd nd 2-3
