Story
So last year I took on the mega challenge of 60k and even though it was tough it was extremely rewarding.
This year I am stepping up my game to take on 100k from Eastbourne to Arundel across the South Downs Way. I am taking the full challenge option of all in one go with 24 hours to finish. I am raising money for Sightsavers, who I also work for.
There is a minimum of £299 fundraising target required by the organizers for my charity of choice (Sightsavers). As I have already smashed this target the rest of the proceeds will got to Tower Hill Animal Sanctuary, another charity close to my heart and owner-run by the amazing Vegan athlete Fiona Oakes. This sanctuary really needs all the help they can get so it would be incredible if I am able to send any additional funds their way.

5 years agoThank you so so much once again to all who have donated to Tower Hill Stables Animal Sanctuary. They are still continuing to build support as their monthly take in is not quite enough to cover the feed bills. Soooo... I am going to take on some more challenges to raise awareness and drum up support over Sept-Oct. Hassocks to Lewes 8th Sept 17.5k Folkestone to Dover 14th Sept 16k Hassocks to Southease 28th Sept 24k Hassocks to Hove Via Devils Dyke 6th Oct 24k 16k 20th Oct Total= 97.5 Kilometres

With very sad news just in that Tower Hill animal sanctuary is at risk of closure due to lack of funding, this fundraiser is no more critical than ever. If you can afford even a very small amount and if not could help raise awareness by sharing it would be greatly appreciated Yesterday we did a fancy dress themed yoga class in the park to raise more funds and awareness while having great fun! :) I'm sure my feet won't be do happy in August after 100k!
