Story
As you are all probably now aware, Joe was involved in a road traffic accident whilst riding home from work on his pushbike, suffering multiple life threatening injuries.
Whilst on the scene, Joe was induced into a coma and transported to Hope Hospital. After they had stabilised him, he underwent surgery to try and rectify some of the damage, but after a hard fought battle, he sadly succumbed to his injuries on 19th June 2020.
Joe was a son, brother, husband, friend, and Dad - to Nala the Rottweiler 😂. He was a veteran and loved the Army. He proudly served his country, travelling to the likes of Afghanistan and the Falklands along the way. He was a fantastic husband to Cassie, and a great friend to his pals at home. He has left us with some great memories, and will be sorely missed by us all.
I am hoping to raise funds to help support Joe's family through these testing times. Let's show that we are all behind them, and give this great man the best send off we possibly can.
I would also like to use some of the money to purchase a card and flowers for the family - from his Army family.
Every donation will be gratefully received and I thank you all for your kindness.
