I will be climbing Mount Snowdon on the 18th Aug 2018 along with many others who would like to attend on the day. The purpose of the climb is the raise funds for A very speical charity thats helped me while being diagnosed with PTSD after my time in the Armed Forces Luke woodley ceo of the walnut tree health and wellbeing service has been in charge of my care from the start and always been there when ive needed him the most, ive just completed a 16 week Stabilisation programe wich helps people after being told they have PTSD and feel i need to give something back to the charity.

In 16 months, our response cars have responded to 256 call-outs and saved 16 lives. Despite Norfolk having the worst suicide rate in England, this services depends solely on donations and volunteers.
