Story
We are set to run, cycle and kayak 105 miles across the Scottish Highlands on 9/10th September 2017 to raise funds for the charity Mind.
We have all had friends and family members who have been affected by difficulties with mental health so we want to support Mind. Mind campaigns to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. They aim to ensure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect - so please give generously!

7 years agoRachel - Thank-you to everyone who has generously sponsored us. It is a privilege to have been able to raise so much money for such a good cause. The event was tough going at times with the epic Scottish weather but the beautiful scenery and friendly and encouraging people we met along the route will make it an event I'll always remember :)
