Hi family,

on 28th january my nannan connie passed away. She was a lovely mum, wife, nannan and great nannan. On her death bed she was the funniest, livliest women ever, she told us stories She never told before and she was amazing. the hospital failed her in many ways and she would be still here if they booked up thier ideas up when she first went in. I am fundraising for our family to put too and get her a headstone that she deserves. The grave has had nothing but vases and flowers on. She has lots of children and grandchildren and together we can make a difference to give her a grave she deserves xx
