I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in August 2015. It is a condition that is very hard and difficult to live with which has affected my life in many different ways. There is currently no cure for Crohn's disease or Ulcerative Colitis but hopefully with the money we raise we can finally help find a cure.
I am doing the walk it event on Saturday 24th June 2017 in order to raise money for the charity. I appreciate the donations everyone makes and it is a very personal goal of mine to raise £500. Thank you to everyone who helps me on my mission 💜
