Happy New Year everybody!! Well it's a while since I had an update and I didn't post over Christmas due to a 2.5lb gain!! Patrick however didn't put any weight on :-O So today was the restart and I wasn't feeling very confident after some meals out, gin and a drunken kebab on Friday night...... But.... a 4.5lb loss (how can that be?) Patrick also lost 4lb so we're back on track here and Shellie has also joined us with a 2lb loss this week. So, total losses Craig (1st 9lb) and Patrick (1st 13.5lb) Hurray!!!!

Yes!! Get in!! This morning I've lost 3.5lb and I'm absolutely delighted after last week!! I also got my stone and a half award (Slimmer of the week might also be a possibility) Patrick wasn't here this morning to get weighed, but we are both halfway now to our targets and we have till April, although Christmas is coming up and oh the temptation! We had a fantastic Christmas party yesterday for the kids and here's me as Santa's rather large helper!!

OMG!!! I've had a disaster!! I've put a pound on (Total loss 1st 3.5lb). Its all those hot toddies and comfort eating for winter!! And I need to get back on track, it's the shake I maybe need because I think I was becoming a wee bit complacent!! Well done to Patrick who lost 3.5 (Total loss 1st 7.5lbs) and he is halfway towards his target!! Yippee!!
