I have been in and out of hospital all year , I have a condition called iih were there is fluid on the brain , while being in hospital I caught pnemonia and suffered from severe anxiety attacks on e being allowed home , we have had such a rough year and I have had to give up work , I would just like to do something nice for my partner and kids to say thank u and to make up for everything they have had to see me go through , it has been such a hard year , I no this is a long shot but would be very great full , my iih will be with me for life and I want to make the most of it while I can
