My Daughter Sapphire Jade Brady Was Born On 23rd April 2018 Prematurely At 33weeks By Emergency C Section & Spent 3 Weeks In Special Care Baby Unit, She Fought Very Hard For Her Life & We Got To Finally Bring Her & Her Twin Brother Home. They Was Doing Soooo Well Getting Bigger & Doing Everything A Normal Baby Should Do Until Monday 16th July 2018 When Our Worlds Were Turned Upside Down & Our Hearts Ripped From Our Chest We Woke To Our Beautiful Sapphire Unresponsive, I As Her Mummy Tried Everything To Get Her Little Heart Beating Again, She Was Rushed To Hospital They Worked On Her Trying To Get That Little Heart Beating But My Beautiful Angel Grew Her Wings And Moved On To Another Level Where We Will All Meet Again....... My Daughters Funeral Is All Sorted & Payed For BUT We Need To Raise Money For A Horse & Carrage For Her Final Trip, We As Parents Cant Do Anything Else For Her This We Can & We Would Like Your Help At This Heartbreaking Time.
