We are Custom House Football Club , established in 2011 and we are an 'Adult' Amateur football club from Custom House E16.

The management and coaches are all local volunteers who live or have lived in custom house (I'm still in Churchill road)

We were set up to bridge the gap for football players who have just left school aged 16 (Royal docks) and help them progress to grass roots adult football. When I was a youngster we had the Newham youth league to help us bridge this gap but since the league disbanded many youngsters quit football altogether after leaving school.

What we do: We help integrate 16 year olds by introducing them to adult football slowly allowing them to find their feet and their own level of ability and gain valuable self confidence.

The reason for this page: Running a football team comes at a cost - Almost £1000 per year and as previously stated we work with school leavers who have little to no money available to subsidize the running of a football team so we are seeking club sponsorship - I have come to this group cap in hand to try and see if i can obtain any 'local' sponsorship.

I hope this message reaches out to a possible 'local' business who may be in a position to assist us.
