As youmay know I have been involved with rugby for most of my life. Whether playing, coaching or just getting involved to help with the running of the club.
Rugby has brought me lots of fun and laughter over the years. I have also made lots of friends and acquaintances through rugby. It is a great sport for building confidence through team work and also teaches children to have respect for themselves and others.

I feel Ihave benefitted from participating in rugby and I'd love it if others could too. Thats why I am raising money for Leith Rugby Youth Development. It is a charity formed by Leith Rugby to pay for a coach(s) to go into schools and take curriculum and extra curriculum sessions on rugby, fitness and well being.

I am raising some funds by competing in the Edinburgh 70.3 Ironman on 2 July. This is extra challenging as I am doing this after competing in my first Ironman 70.3 in Stafford only a few days ago.

I hope you can give me that extra boost
in my challenge by helping me raise my target for Leith Hawks rugby of £250.
