I am fundraising to fund a trip to Ghana with GirlGuiding Anglia which I have been selected to go on. Whilst I am there I will most likely be spending time doing both a community project and working within schools with children there. The community project is yet to be decided but it will be something that the community there has asked for themselves, this could be painting a building or helping to construct something they need. It will cost around £2000 to send me on this trip. In order to raise money I am running in Peterborough's Inflatable 5K run on the 24th March (has anyone actually ever seen me run before ??? thats a good enough reason to donate!). So far I have also done raffles at school, and am doing a mothers day afternoon tea in my local village scout hut. The trip will consist on twelve girls aged 15-18 and four leaders.
