Weʼve raised £2,974 to Daisy May’s Farm

Funded on Wednesday, 26th August 2020

Don't have time to donate right now?

    Story

As you know we are struggling financially due to the closure of the farm because of Covid-19 and many of you have been supporting us either via our wish list or making donations to us through our website. Now we need your help again with vets bills as well as our normal feed bills.

Unfortunately two of our rescue animals Martha one of our original rescue goats and April one of our original orphans have required veterinary treatment in the last month. Thankfully Martha is now fully recovered and is back to her usual friendly self. Sadly April is still very poorly and requiring monitoring every 2 hours. The vet has visited April 3 times now and unfortunately the next step is for her to have exploratory surgery to see if we can help her. These bills at the best of times are difficult to pay but right now we really need your help.

If your able to donate anything to help us with Martha’s bills and April’s ongoing treatment it would be hugely appreciated by us all And please help us by sharing this page.

With regard to April she remains very poorly even after surgery. The vet was able to confirm that she could find no masses and we are in discussions with her as to what our next steps will be. Rest assured she is being kept very comfortable and being pampered by all of us and we won’t stop trying to help her. Again a huge thank-you from the bottom of our to you all, without your support I’m not sure where we would be right now.

Thank-you all for your support in helping us reach our target we are overwhelmed by your generosity. We have decided to keep going with fund raising for the farm via Just Giving. Our feed bills are overwhelming at the moment with no income coming in, whilst we are now able to cover our vet bills thanks to you, our need for funds continues until we reopen.
