Story

So me and my sister have decided to do our first ever 10k run in support of #andysmanclub #itsoktotalk, we don't a story but would like to help out this wonderful group, depression and anxiety contribut to a massive number of suicides, people thinking they have no one to talk to but Andysmanclub is here to help. There aim is to halve the number of suicides in men under 45 and is run exclusively by unpaid volunteers
