I’m currently aiming to run abbots 6 major marathons around the world which only around 7,000 people worldwide have achieved.

My next race is 3/6 ...Tokyo March 1st 2020!

As well as running for my club I think it’s a massive opportunity to raise awareness and vital funds for such a massive charity again as I did in the London Marathon.

ifucare share foundation are phenomenal at what they do and deserve everything they get, i Know as i have seen 1st hand the work these wonderful people do and how passionate and driven they are.

Every little bit of money raised will help in so many different ways to either save a life, educate/prevent or support those who had to go through the unbearable pain of loosing a loved on to suicide!

Everyone will know or know of some who this has effected I’m sure or even felt a bit down at times...

I’m just running 26.2 mile you guys are the real heros.
