I at to have my tubes tied so i coukd heal as i was scared inside but know im struggling as in a new stabke relationship been married 5 years and we woukd like a kid together but as im in low incone im struggling to make this dream come true for us both i have 3 kids but they all grown up snd been through a lot just eant to have a nice family to have and hold x
