Story

website People with drug and alcohol issues can get caught in a vicious cycle. Addiction. Crime. Prison. When leaving residential rehabilitation or prison people need hope and a positive focus.

The 180 Project is a recovery programme in Lancashire and is one of the first of its kind in the UK. It turns recovering addicts and alcoholics into “Athletes”. It aims to break the cycle of substance abuse, crime and prison to help rebuild lives.

180 uses an adapted crossfit programme - high intensity exercise - combined with education, mentoring and peer support to achieve total wellness – physical, emotional, spiritual and social.
