I am proud to say that I have recently been selected to compete for England Over 40's at the 2018 Hockey Masters World Cup in Terrassa, Barcelona from 27th July - 5th August.

Although this is a brilliant opportunity, it is also a completely self-funded trip and, as you can imagine, the costs are quite significant. I am looking to raise £700 which will help pay for tournament entry, accommodation and flights.

I have played hockey for over 25 years. It has been a huge part of my life and allowed me to travel to many places and meet many people, but to represent my country in International competition would top everything.

This is a massive opportunity for me and one which might not happen again so I want to grasp it with both hands. For that reason I am asking for the help of my family, friends and colleagues to achieve this lifelong dream. It would be a huge honour.

Any contribution, however small, is greatly appreciated!
