So, I’m not exactly Mo Farrah (well I am easily 3 Mo’s...) but I’ve decided to walk/jog/possibly run the Thames Trek on the 8th September.

It’s 26km and over the bridges on the River Thames, I’m aiming currently to finish and to raise at least £10/km.

I signed up on St George’s Day and started to train the same day, feel like joining me you - I can send you the details!

Thanks all - training walk over Sunday night into Monday - we’ll working and walking still counts eh 16,000 steps!
