    Story

    For the past 49 years Morden Little League has been provided with free pitches and use of the pavilion at King George Field by Merton Council.
    However, in this current climate of local authority reductions the League needs to become self-sufficient over the coming years.

    The ethos of Morden Little League is ;

    MLL provides free football to children of all abilities who can experience the enjoyment of playing football as a leisure activity, learning the ability to work within a team and hopefully have a few wins along the way.

    We are a registered charity no 803722 providing free football for children in the community since 1968 and now in our 50th season we need donations to keep the League going for another 50 years.

    We would very much appreciate any donations to help us reach this goal.

    Thank you for your support

      Every day was a different challenge, the toughest day was the 6th, muscles around both my knees tightened up I survived the last 90 miles from Glasgow to Glencoe on ibuprofen and mars bars. The scenery was spectacular which take my mind off the pain along Lock Lomond over the hills and through the valley up to Glencoe. For me this was the most enjoyable moment because I knew I was through the “Wall” and John O Groats was only 200 miles away.
