Hello everybody,

This is a fundraising page which we're raising money in memory of my girlfriends brother who died at 12 weeks old with a condition called Holoprosencephaly.

Holoprosencephaly is a condition which only has the brain stem in the skull without the actual brain attached to the stem.. Unfortunately it wasn't picked up in scans and they only noticed he had the condition when Jamie was born. Me and my girlfriend want to raise money for a charity called Shine which are to do with supporting parents of their loss of their babies/child who have passed away from Holoprosencephaly and to also to a lantern send off for Jamie. He would be 27 in march 2017.

We put £1,000 as a starting point as we wasn't sure what to set it as. So any amount donated would be hugely appreciated!
