The site of the 1st Scottish Cup Final,.....the location of earliest Scotland and England Internationals on a purpose-built stadium,......and 1st home of Queens Park FC - those dapper gentlemen in the pic. What's not to love!

I'm going to run the Glasgow Men's 10k, our lead fundraiser is doing 10 x 10k's, so it's the least i can do. i might squeeze in another later in the year...

7 years agoThe trophy in the pic is The Scottish Cup - the oldest national football trophy in the world. The same trophy used today. The picture (1874) is of the first ever winners, Queens Park in 1874.
