On 18/02/17 I'm participating in a 5 hour spinathon - 5 x 1hr spin classes back to back to back to back to back at Reynolds, Sittingbourne.

Starting with an hour of sprints (hate sprints), then hill climbs (these I like), 3rd hour is time trials (see sprints) followed by hill climbs (again these I like) with the final hour sprints (you get the picture).

If you have never been to a spin class or don't know what it involves, normally its 45 minutes per class of intense cycling. YouTube have plenty of spin class introduction videos etc..

All donations will be going to Demelza House - a local charity that provides the best care and support for seriously ill babies, children, young people and their families, across East Sussex, Kent and South East London.
