By getting and wearing the medic alert bracelet means paramedics can get vital information to treat me correctly and quickly. The disc not only gives info on my conditions but has a contact number to get my full medical information. Once the initial set up costs are covered I will be able to budget the membership in the future.

I wish I did not have to ask for financial help for this, but it has dragged on too long since the consultant said I must have it and so I would be grateful for any donation towards the set up costs. Thank you.
