I'm helping a close faimly member. Who I've known for 20 years or more. Miss Hazel morgan lived in newbury berkshire at alice bye court Thatcham. Miss Hazel morgan got three children one son who was born with starved oxygen at birth and caused long term brain damage with serve learning difficulties. Patrick morgan passed 8 years ago this year. Sadly with bowel cancer aggressive bowel cancer at newbury berks community hospital. Miss hazel morgan also had a operation going back many years ago a newbury community hospital with bowel cancer. Hazel had to have a stonia external done to remove the bowel what was cancerous. She also had her gall bladder removed during her operation 12 years ago. Hazel has two daughters Linda morgan who suffers with mental health problems and serve health problems eplipscy fits. Linda is 51 years old who is is in a residential Home under 24 hour care call adult safe guarding team from West Berkshire social deparment. Linda hazel daughter suffered her change of life at the age of 18 years old when she badly got attacked and that caused her long term disability problems as a result of being attacked abused at the age of 18 years old. Miss Morgan other daughter Miss Anglea morgan age 45 years old also suffers learning disabilities and is also under a key worker to help her at West Berkshire safe guarding team. I've known the faimly for 20 years or more along with my son's too who adore miss hazel morgan in fact they called her there grandmother. Hazel who was a fun happy loving caring mum to Patrick Linda AND Anglea. She was such a grear soul loving caring second mum to me. Hazel had ano operation at Royal berks Reading. But wasn't related to hazels passing. Hazel was fine a night before her passing she phoned me like she always did to chat have laughter etc.530 am hazel woke HER daughter Anglea complaing of stomach pains and I said to her daughter to phone a doctor or ambulance and they attend to hazel. Sent her into hospital where hazel passed with fluid on a ernia Called stranglelated Ernia and caused hazel bowel to die even though hazel knew they couldn't do not more she didn't complain she passed on 11the October at 4.pm with her daughters by her side. The daughters have no financial means to cover any means to put there mum at rest until we can give help
