I will be doing the Olympic distance salford triathlon (1.5km swim, 40km bike and 10km run) to raise money for the didsbury hearing voices group.
The didsbury hearing voices group helps support those in the south Manchester area who suffer from mental health issues related to psychosis and those that support them.
