Story
My challenge is to not drink any alcohol for the whole of May, which has 2 bank holidays in!!! And, to also complete a 5k run at the St Helens Park run.
Deanesfest's chosen charities for 2018 are Owen McVeigh Foundation and The James Nicholas Foundation. We will be doing lot's of fundraising in the lead up to Deanesfest on 1st September 2018.

6 years ago5k run was completed on Saturday 19th May in the glorious sunshine. I am actually going to do it again this Saturday, must be mad!!!
