As many of you will know, my poor husband got dragged in to growing his beard for a sponsored beard shave at BooBs 2017. The poor guy has NOT touched the growth on his face for a whole year and this in itself deserves to raise lots and lots of money for BooBs which is our Breast Cancer Awareness charity. He will be getting up on stage on the night to have it shaved and wants to raise as much money as possible for such a fantastic cause.

BooBs supports our local Breast Cancer Unit at Salisbury via the Stars Appeal and also the Weldmar Hospicecare Trust in Dorchester.

We launched Boobs back in 2014 in memory of our beautiful friend Claire who lost her battle to Breast Cancer at the age of 35 leaving two young children and her husband behind. She wanted us to know how to check and catch symptoms early so we decided to pass this message on to as many women (and men!) as possible. Our mission is to help these local charities who do amazing work and also to eventually be able to help local women/men who may have been given the diagnosis to help them purchase wigs and mastectomy bras, also if they are given the worst news possible we would like to help them by paying for them to make memories with their nearest and dearest.

If our message saves one life, then we have done our job!
