I'm raising £500 for Doctors in Distress and Andy's Man Club by participating in a 75km Ultra Challenge walk on Saturday 19th July 2025 at the Gower Peninsula.

This journey is deeply personal to me. I lost my younger brother to suicide in December 2023, and he dedicated 18 years of his life as a Consultant at Wythenshawe A & E. His passing has left an indelible mark on my heart, and I am determined to ensure that his memory lives on.

Through this challenge, I aim to raise funds that will support individuals who are grappling with their mental health struggles. It is crucial that we advocate for those who feel overwhelmed by despair, so that no other family has to endure the heart-wrenching experience of losing a loved one. Together, we can make a difference and help others find hope in their darkest moments.
