What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

With the assistance of the Psychiatric Assistance Dogs Foundation (PAD) in the UK, I have found a suitable service dog breed (a Poodle) to assist me with my severe mental illness (Depression, Anxiety and Disassociative esposides) and mobility disablity needs (Arthritis in all my joints).

I have been suffering with mental health issues since 1997 and mobility health problems since 2016. Since my last spell in a psychiatric hospital in 2016, I have found it very difficult to function with my daily living.

Due to government cuts, I have to purchase the puppy, pay for her medical suitability tests and training equipment myself which I cannot afford on my own.

Having a service dog will help me with my disabilities and to enjoy a better quality of life.

I would be very grateful if you could kindly donate to help me raise funds. Any amount however small will be greatly appreciated.

I will upload updates and photo's as the process begins

Im British, in my early 50’s & living in London for the past 26 years. At 18, I discovered that I had high spectrum learning disabilities - dyslexia, dyspraxia and dyscalculia. I was unable to find suitable employment and rely on the generosity of friends for living expenses.
