My son Jamie was born with an incurable disease, immune deficiency. Hes spent the majority of his life in hospital, on treatment, having tests and attending appointments. His lungs have slowly deteriorated and unfortunately he's getting more and more scarring on his lungs which means less oxygen can pass through to his body causing clubbed fingers, and infections hes so brave throughout this whole illness, but particularly throughout the past few weeks when hes needed physiotherapy twice daily to clear his chest. He is always positive and helpful, always such a good boy and smiling ❤ please help me to take him to Florida to his dream of disney and universal studios and make some more memories ❤
