Hi folks tomorrow I'm doing the Yorkshire warrior a 15k run with obstacles I'm now running on my own so I'm going to try get some sponsor money together in 24 hours for a good friend of ours a lovely young man who sadly passed away to cancer in 2016 the money will go to the bone cancer trust If you can spare a couple of pounds please please donate thank you in advance
