Good Morning A small Update We have an addition to Team Braveheart. I have signed to be coached by the amazing Carly Thornton . Carly is CEO @gluteywear. Carly is also IFBB pro wellness champion. Josh Bothwell continues to support me in pushing me to the max while executing a new train programme. My boundaries and barriers continue to be pushed. Not just my Physic that is changing but my confidence is growing and my mindset is stronger than ever. thankyou for your on going support. My story will be published in The Sunday star 10th April

Just to update you. I have signed with a ntional body building coach. Josh has been the most amazing trainer and continues to be along side me as i move to the next phase. Carly thronton will now take up the reigns as we move forward. It is never easy when making changes. We are just over 200 days out and clock ticks.
