    Story

After watching the terrifying events during Finland Vs Denmark in the Euro's, it dawned on me that most schools in the city don't have access to a Defib should it be needed outside of school hours. Therefore I have set a challenge for a team of staff from all schools across the city, and clubs who use the facilities, to run from Longhill School to all the other 9 schools in the city. The aim is to raise £12,000 to fund enough defibs so all 10 schools in the city have access to one on their sports facilities if it is needed. If we surpass our total then we will look to help other places, like primary schools, sports facilities/clubs in getting defibs.

Thank you to everyone who has donated. We have just received a grant from the teaching school alliance which will take us over the £12,000 mark and enable us to supply more defibs to all 10 secondary schools in Brighton and Hove. As soon as this money comes in we will be ordering them!!
