Story

I recently admitted publicly that Im battling severe depression and I also attempted to take my own life .. I felt weak , pathetic , good for nothing ..
I was taken to hospital and immediately spoke to someone from a mental health team ...
The team helped me massively to make me see that I'm not useless etc ...
So please if you are suffering in silence please speak to someone .. it's a long road to recovery folks but speaking out is the first massive step ..
So I want to do a "brave the shave" in November and donate all the money to a charity dedicated to helping people who are battling depression and anxiety plus also raise awareness of suicide ..
So please give what you can folks .. thank you #SpeakOut 👌
