Story
This is my 5th time completing the 900km cycle ride on behalf of the Birmingham Irish Cycle Appeal (BICA), cycling from Mizen Head in Co Cork to Malin Head Co Donegal it doesn't get any easier! Having put in months of training I'd be so grateful if you would kindly sponsor me. This is a great cause with the money being distributed to a variety of charities both local and national. Any small amount will go along way to helping me reach my target and provide me with further motivation to finish the tour.....possibly for the last time!
