I have created a crowdfunding page as a last resort as I really didn't want to have to ask for help :( I am a revert Alhamdulliah but with no family support to turn to in this situation

I am raising money for a deposit and first months rent on a house. I currently live in a rented property and I'm very unhappy here. The garden is full of dog faeces, and black bags full of it, which I have begged my landlord to please move. There is a massive hole (I think an old pond) in the middle which has heaps of rubbish and waste in. My landlord will not remove or cover this so I cannot open my backdoor for my children as it's huge hazard. I called him before Christmas about my boiler often not working and I haven't heard anything since no matter how often I chase it up. There have been times I can't turn it on during freezing weather and I have a 8 week old baby and a toddler.

I don't drive and I am far away from the support I need with my children. I am desperate to move to a better place for my children and closer to where I will be happier.

My current contract is up in 14 days time and I have been asked to pay £145 if I want to renew the contract. I don't wish to renew it and desperate to move so I'm very rushed for time.

I will need a deposit and one months rent in advance to be able to apply for a new property which I just dont have as I'm unable to work with my newborn
